Permanent, and yours to do without reinstalling the app. You'll need your password, both PINs, a zero balance, and access to your email.

What you’ll need

  1. 1Your passwordTo sign in, followed by a code sent to your email.
  2. 2A ₦0.00 balanceMove your money out in the app first. Every card deleted, nothing still processing.
  3. 3Both PINsYour app PIN and your transaction PIN.
  4. 4Your emailTwo more codes arrive there before the account is closed.

This cannot be undone

Your account, wallet, cards and transaction history will no longer be available to you. Records we are legally required to keep are retained in anonymised form, as described in our Privacy policy.
