Your policy number. What you used last time is prefilled.

The account or customer name comes back from the biller before you pay. Wrong number, no charge.

PIN, then done
The premium is recorded against the policy, with a receipt you can keep or share.

Email and a phone number gets you started. Add your BVN or NIN when you're ready to move more.
