How it actually goes

From the Bills screen — your recent billers are already at the top.

Enter the details
Your customer or account ID, A plan. What you used last time is prefilled.

See the name first
The account or customer name comes back from the biller before you pay. Wrong number, no charge.

PIN, then done
The subscription renews, receipt in your activity.
Available billers depend on the provider’s coverage and can change without notice. Fees are always shown on screen before you confirm.
Pay internet from your balance
Email and a phone number gets you started. Add your BVN or NIN when you're ready to move more.
